As creatives and entrepreneurs, we are very familiar with feeling the impulse – through an idea, our imaginations, or a feeling within our bodies – to create. Yet, with any creative process, these feelings of inspiration ebb and flow. And sometimes they even seem to disappear. We may feel blocked or stuck or in a mess of tangles. We may doubt our abilities, our vision, and our direction. We may rely on our minds to try to figure out the solutions and ignore our bodies, pushing through, forgetting that our bodies have so much to say and to offer us in this process.
